Summer Intensive Opportunities

Details: A highly selective summer program focusing on solo performance for advanced-level dancers. The intensive includes solo repertoire, ballet technique, and individualized coaching to enhance performance skills. Participants perform in a showcase at the end of the season.

Details: Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp provides a diverse arts education for dancers in classical ballet, modern, and jazz. Designed for dancers aged 12-18, the camp offers a mix of performance opportunities, classes, and cultural events. Dancers perform in fully staged productions at the camp's Stewart Shell.

Details: A prestigious ballet-focused program that emphasizes the Cecchetti Method. Designed for intermediate to advanced dancers, the program offers rigorous training with renowned instructors. Dancers participate in daily classes in ballet, pointe, variations, and more, culminating in a final performance. Scholarships are available.

Details: A premier intensive featuring five weeks of advanced ballet training for ages 12-18. The program offers technique classes, pointe, repertoire, contemporary, jazz, and character dance. Students are also exposed to injury prevention, nutrition, and career planning workshops.

Classes include ballet technique, pre-pointe, conditioning, and introduction to various dance forms. Details: The Senior Intensive program offers professional-level ballet training for advanced dancers aged 14+. Students are trained by Grand Rapids Ballet's esteemed faculty and guest instructors.
